A: We are located and operate in Indonesia. Although we do not have a retail store where a customer can visit and purchase our goods from the shelves, we could probably recommend you some shops in Indonesia if you tell us what you are looking for.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We offer express mail. Shipping fees go according to the number of items in your order. Please refer to the

A: It takes us approximately 2-3 business days to process an order. When payment has been received, your order will be shipped. It takes approximately 10-14 business days for the order to reach the recipient\'s address. If we are out of stock we will inform you soonest. And inform you what date you should expect to receive the goods.
